I had the pleasure of strapping on a pseudo-baby to participate in the class and it was awesome! Expect a low-impact (but challenging) workout targeting your thighs, calves, glutes, arms, and abs, led by Courtney Breiman, a holistic practitioner, colon hydrotherapist, massage therapist, yoga/barre teacher, student midwife, and mom of her own adorable son.
